The study was carried out to determine whether DHIS2 is used for decision making. The general objective was to assess the data from DHIS2 in Nyamira county. The specific objective aimed at the improvement of resource allocation in the county and make the county a better place.The study recommended better allocation of resources and further research on data entry on the DHIS2 since most of the values seemed not correct as per the study.This was generalized by the unpredictable trends over the years.
